Individual Coaching starts with an initial free Consultation with Beth Donnelly, a certified health coach and owner of The Regal Fig followed by a 3, 6 or 9 month series of one on one coaching sessions including unlimited email and phone support during the program, pantry clean out, healthy shopping tour, cooking lessons and up to 3 follow up sessions after your program concludes. The Regal Fig offers a series of group coaching programs designed to meet the demands of busy professionals.

The Regal Fig offers three different group programs which while the same in content vary in time to accommodate the scheduling demands of a busy lifestyle. So whether you are an early morning person who looks to those early morning hours to meditate and transform your day (Rise and Shine) or want to use your lunch break efficiently (Let’s Do Lunch) or believe lunch is for working and thinks rush hour is aggravating because it is time wasted (TNT), we have the program for you. Classes are held every other week for three or six months and are each 35 minutes long.

Sessions include guest lecturers and topics ranging from food, nutrition, and skin care to detoxifying your life, maximizing your relationships and creating truly fulfilling lives for yourself and your family. Participants are provided email support, bi-monthly Q&A calls, handouts, recipes, food samples, books, movies and a variety of items each week which will support their efforts to achieve sustainable results. Participants in the program will be offered early registration and discounted rates for upcoming events including seminars, cooking lessons, grocery store tours in addition to full day programs such as Clean living and Extreme home makeovers.

Rise and shine is ideal for morning people! If you’re up before the Sun with no other time in  your day to focus on you, then this program is a perfect fit. We start at 5:25 sharp so you can be in the shower by 6 and out the door by 7.

Do you work through lunch, eat at your desk or opt not to eat at all? Everybody gets a lunch break but not everybody takes one. If you have 35 minutes to spare and would be interested in lunching with a group of friends each week to learn and discuss how to transform your life through better food and lifestyle choices  then “Let’s Do Lunch”is for you.
